Virtual Consultations & Diagnostics: Detailed evaluations for clients who need flexible scheduling, remote troubleshooting, or live outside our local Glasgow travel zones. Behavioral Management & Strategy Plans: Tailored roadmaps covering household management, daily routines, marker systems, and problem-solving without added environmental stress. Video Homework & Feedback: Send short training clips between sessions for direct breakdown, timing analysis, and mechanical adjustments. Private & Reactive Dogs: An ideal, zero-pressure starting point for dogs that are overly stressed, fearful, or reactive when an unfamiliar person enters their home or personal space.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Payment for single sessions is due in full at the start of each in-person session (cash or direct bank transfer). Package bookings must be paid in full prior to or at the first scheduled session. Rescheduling Window: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. This allows the slot to be offered to another client. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without communication, will require the standard session fee to be settled before any future bookings can be made. Session Timeliness: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at its designated completion time to respect subsequent appointments.
