Puppy Training (In-Person)
Focus: Foundation building, preventative behaviour, engagement, and early socialization.
Service Description
Critical Foundations: Crate training, housebreaking, bite inhibition, play-based engagement, and leash pressure fundamentals. Socialization & Management: Guidance on exposure to real-world stimuli, handling environmental distraction, and preventing problem behaviours before they start. Owner Coaching: Teaching handlers clear communication, routine setup, and reward-timing principles.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Payment for single sessions is due in full at the start of each in-person session (cash or direct bank transfer). Package bookings must be paid in full prior to or at the first scheduled session. Rescheduling Window: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. This allows the slot to be offered to another client. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without communication, will require the standard session fee to be settled before any future bookings can be made. Session Timeliness: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at its designated completion time to respect subsequent appointments.
